Today is Easter Sunday and of course I would like to not be surrounded by chocolate and sweets, however as I have kids it is a must to have the treats and the chocolate. As a kid I am sure it would be a terrible Easter without chocolate, so therefore we are good parents and have provided a great Easter, however not one for the dieter.
So what should I do? What would you do? I went on many walks but had to cave in and have a little bit of chocolate. I know not the right thing to do on a diet or with the deadline to be a much slinkier person than I am, but I am of the attitude that a little bit will take the edge off and make me not want to eat the whole lot. I love and just adore dark chocolate, the darker the better. Just a little bit of dark chocolate can do me just fine, and I find most treats are just too sickly sweat and would just rather a little bit.
How did you fare this Easter? Did you cave and eat many chocolate bunnies? Or was it a chocolate Bilby? I hope you made it through Easter with not to many chocolates eaten and having to be worked off.
Send us your tricks for not getting tempted by the Easter Chocolate madness, especially if you have kids.
